Meet the Founder
Ernest Esparza is a Life and Career Coach focused on equipping his clients with the tools needed in order to accomplish their goals through community. His philosophy is to empower and coach people on how to be their authentic selves within their careers.
“Millennials have high expectations from their employer regarding work-life balance, career advancement, training and development, meaningful work and career satisfaction.” Yet, it feels like employers are constantly letting everyone down causing a collective feeling of overwhelmed, emptiness, replaceable, and lack of clarity. The promise we were once sold about a college degree and fruitful career is not the reality of today. Careers are inundated with a constant battle with corporate politics, perceptions by society on how they should be shaped, and the fear of automation making our functions obsolete. And even through all the noise and chaos, I believe our future is BRIGHT! We are choosing our sanity, our mental health, and to LIVE LIFE INTENTIONALLY.
